📦 Orders & pre-orders

➤ When will I receive my plants?

All pre-orders are shipped or ready for pickup in May or June, depending on weather and plant growth.

➤ Is the payment charged immediately?

Yes. pre-orders are billed at the time of purchase, even if the delivery occurs several months later.

➤ What payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit card
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal (in some cases)
➤ Can I pay in installments?

Yes, through Shop Pay Installments (if available in Canada at checkout).

➤ Are quantities guaranteed?

pre-order quantities depend on several factors:

  • rooting or grafting success rate
  • winter growth variability
  • tropical supplier transport and customs
  • normal risks related to living plants and shipping

If an issue occurs, we will provide a store credit or refund.

➤ What is your cancellation policy for live plants?

Most of our sales are pre-orders. As soon as your order is placed, your plants are ordered or reserved from our growers and set aside under your name.

If a plant is returned to inventory after several days, it may not resell quickly. In many cases, it must be cared for until the next growing season, increasing heating, space and labour costs.

  • 0–7 days: refund minus a $10 administration fee.
  • 8–45 days: store credit.
  • After 45 days: no cancellation possible.

(Live plants are considered perishable goods under Québec consumer law.)

➤ If a plant is sold out, can I join a waitlist?

Yes. Click on “Notify me when available” on the product page.
