Cancellation and Order Termination Policy

Les Serres Tropico-Québec

By placing an order with Les Serres Tropico-Québec, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

  • Live plants are non-refundable.
  • All orders are considered final once confirmed.

❄️ Winter cancellations (December 1 to March 31)

  • A cancellation made within 7 days of placing the order may result in:
    • a partial refund, minus a 20 % fee, or
    • a store credit (gift card) usable on a future order.
  • After this 7-day period, no refund will be issued. A store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of the business.

☀️ Summer cancellations (April 1 to November 30)

  • No refund or store credit will be issued, without exception.

⚠️ Customer error

In the event of an error made by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
  • selection of an inappropriate pickup location or shipping method,
  • incorrect information entered at checkout,

A partial refund may be issued, minus a 20 % fee.

This fee covers, but is not limited to:

  • payment processing fees (credit cards, PayPal, etc.),
  • administrative handling of the order,
  • inventory reservation and management.

Recommended alternative:
A gift card for the full order amount may be issued and used on a future order.

📦 Pre-orders

  • Payment is required immediately.
  • Delivery will take place during the stated period (e.g., Spring 2026).
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
