Cancellation Policy

• By placing this order, I understand that:

  • Live plants are non-refundable, and the order is final.

  • In winter (Dec 1 – Mar 31), refunds are possible within 7 days (–$10), or store credit between 8 and 45 days.

  • In summer (Apr 1 – Nov 30), no refunds or credits are available.

  • If the error comes from me, a partial refund may be issued with a 20% fee.

  • For pre-orders, payment is taken immediately and delivery will occur in spring 2026.
