By placing an order with Les Serres Tropico-Québec, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this return and refund policy.

🌿 General principle
Due to the live and perishable nature of the products sold, all sales are considered final.
🚫 No returns or exchanges
No returns or exchanges are accepted for live plants, including but not limited to:
- damage occurring after delivery,
- issues related to watering, lighting, or general care,
- reactions to climatic or environmental conditions,
- shipping delays or transport conditions beyond our control.
⚠️ Possible exceptions
An exception may be considered only in the following cases:
- shipping error on our part,
- incorrect plant received,
- major damage clearly attributable to transportation.
Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remains at the sole discretion of the company.
⏱️ Claim period
Any claim must be submitted within a maximum of 48 hours following receipt of the order.
No request received after this period will be considered.
📸 Required evidence
All claims must be accompanied by clear and dated evidence, including:
- photos or videos of the product,
- photos of the packaging and shipping box,
- a detailed description of the issue observed.
Les Serres Tropico-Québec reserves the right to conduct its own analysis before making any decision.
🔁 Available solutions
If a claim is deemed valid, one of the following solutions may be offered, depending on the situation:
- replacement of the product (if available),
- store credit (gift card),
- partial refund.
No full refund is guaranteed, and no compensation will be provided for indirect costs or consequential losses.
By completing an order, the customer acknowledges accepting this policy without reservation.
