Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as Purolator, Canada Post, or any other carrier deemed appropriate based on the destination and type of shipment.
The choice of carrier and shipping service is determined by the company to ensure the best balance between safety, speed, and cost.

All shipping timelines provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
🌡️ Weather conditions
Because we ship live plants, orders are shipped only when weather conditions are deemed safe to ensure plant survival.
In the event of extreme temperatures (freezing conditions, cold snaps, or excessive heat), shipping may be delayed without prior notice. These delays are intended to protect plant quality and health.
📍 Shipping address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and accessible shipping address.
Any error (incorrect address, inappropriate pickup location, missing information) that results in delays, returns, or additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Liability and risk
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Les Serres Tropico-Québec cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
No plant survival guarantee is offered after shipment, as transport and reception conditions are beyond our control.
📦 Unclaimed or refused packages
Any package that is:
- unclaimed,
- refused upon delivery,
- returned due to an incorrect address,
will not be eligible for any refund. Shipping and return fees, when applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.
