🍌 'Double Mahoi' Banana Tree – Dwarf, ultra-productive (up to 2 bunches per stem)

10" pot (24–48")

10" (24–48") pot

Musa 'Double Mahoi' is a mutation of the Dwarf Cavendish (AAA group) highly sought after for its double fruiting : the same pseudostem can bear two, sometimes three bunches simultaneously. Compact (≈ 1.5–2.5 m ), wind-resistant and perfect for growing in pots , it produces bananas of Dessert quality , sweet and creamy , often considered better than classic Cavendish.

Strengths

  • Double/twin bunches on the same stem (hence “Mahoi” = “twins” in Hawaiian).
  • Dwarf port : ideal for house, balcony, terrace, greenhouse.
  • Dessert fruits : sweet taste, creamy texture.
  • Good wind resistance : solid base, thick leaves.
