Loquat ‘Sherry’ (Japanese Loquat)
The Loquat ‘Sherry’ is a highly appreciated variety known for its delicious, juicy, and well-balanced fruits with a bright orange skin. Its flesh is sweet, soft, and slightly tangy, offering a rich flavor reminiscent of apricot and peach.
Its large, dense, tropical-looking foliage also makes it a very attractive ornamental plant, ideal for growing in a greenhouse, sunroom, or bright indoor space.
Under optimal conditions, loquat can bloom in winter and produce fruit in spring, even when grown in containers in Canada.
